About the Role
Are you ready to become a part of the Luminary Signs Team? We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in various shop activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Welding (training will be provided)
• Painting
• Organizing inventory
• Wiring
• Sign assembly
• Preparing signs for shipment
• Updating the weekly production schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of shop
Additional responsibilities involve assisting with the new Luminary Signs build site.
This position offers the potential to become a full-time, year-round role. Although not required, some welding experience and familiarity with AutoDesk would be beneficial. If you are interested in mastering the craft of building retro-inspired marquee signs and growing with our company, we would welcome the opportunity to consider you as a candidate!
Requirements
Customer Service:

Retail Operations:
Ability to help organize and track inventory.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry items.
Other Important Skills:
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
*Some experience welding & familiarity with AutoDesk would be beneficial, but not required! We will offer training!
